I presently work with individuals 18 years and older in a private practice setting through telehealth and in-person. I received my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Dance Movement Therapy from Lesley University, and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Currently I specialize in supporting my clients through anxiety, depression, and trauma, using a collection of tools.

I integrate several forms of therapy into your process, depending on your unique needs. This includes a body and movement-based alternative, to bridge what is talked about in our sessions for a transformative experience through mind-body connection and movement. I also utilize Internal Family Systems, movement, art processing, and brainspotting. Come as you are. Dance background not needed.

We'll meet in person, one-on-one or through telehealth. Here, we will help you find your voice, know your story. I take a mindful and compassionate approach, helping you connect mind and body for a holistic and in-depth experience so that you feel empowered and authentic to be who you are.
