Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. While my educational background includes family systems work, my primary focus is helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change.

I work with adults, adolescents, and older adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, parenting concerns, life transitions, stress, and everyday challenges. I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can openly share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we explore what's going on in your life, identify challenges and patterns, and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused.

At the same time, I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I integrate different therapeutic techniques depending on what best supports each client and their goals. I value open conversation, authenticity, and building a strong therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I will take time to learn about your background, current concerns, strengths, and what has brought you to therapy.

We will discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and work together to create a comfortable and supportive environment. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard and understood.
