Great to meet you!

In my practice I provide a safe non-judgmental supportive environment in which I can assist you in exploring how to live your best life. Whether that is through developing satisfying/meaningful relationships, healing emotional wounds and/or finding realistic/manageable tools to deal with daily life. I'm here to empower you towards achieving your goals. I look forward to meeting you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach my clients with curiosity. Curiosity about finding out who you are and what you want in life. Most of my past experience is in working with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. As well as, "at risk" teenagers and the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate trauma focused therapies with mindfulness CBT based skills and tools to empower you with choice.

What you can expect from our first session

I joke with my clients that my "goal" is to work myself out of a job. I come from the Positive Psychology mindset that you are not sick and do not need to be fix. More, you have established habits/beliefs/unhealthy relationships and need assistance in breaking the habits, understanding your beliefs and learning healthy communication styles.
