I specialize in working with adolescents struggling with self-esteem, helping them build confidence and self-worth, as well as women navigating difficult relational dynamics and rediscovering their sense of self. I also help both men and women explore how early childhood experiences have shaped their thinking patterns, fostering greater self-awareness and self-compassion. In addition, I enjoy and specialize in bringing understanding and healing within families through family therapy, helping loved ones communicate more effectively and rebuild trust.

As a Latina and first-generation immigrant, I understand the complexities of navigating cultural expectations and family dynamics. While this experience informs my work, my focus is on creating a space where all clients—regardless of background—feel seen, valued, and supported in their unique journeys.

For those who have experienced trauma, I incorporate EMDR therapy to facilitate deeper healing and see results more quickly. My work is rooted in a holistic perspective, acknowledging the mind-body connection and empowering individuals to heal on multiple levels. With experience in community clinics, hospitals, and private practice, I bring a well-rounded approach to care.

Additionally, I specialize in Christian integration in mental health counseling for clients with a biblical worldview. For those who desire this approach, I blend psychological principles and evidence-based treatments with biblical wisdom to support emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being.
