Great to meet you!

As a bilingual psychotherapist, I have the experience of providing services for English and Spanish speaking individuals. Growing up in a Latinx household, I am mindful of how different cultures influence your self-perception, values, and aspirations. As such, I am a firm believer that therapy is not a one size fits all experience. In its essence, my view of therapy is as a collaborative approach to help heal and nurture relationships, especially with one's self.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach focuses on first creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and begin exploring what it means being your authentic self. I'm here to support you as we dig deeper and work through resistance with curiosity and understanding rather than avoidance. Ultimately, I strive to empower you on your journey of personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to leave sessions with a deeper insight into yourself as well as gaining confidence to navigate life’s challenges. We'll work together in the effort to help you on your healing journey and to build resilience.
