Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood as they work through life’s challenges, explore their experiences, and move toward healing. Whether I’m working with children, individuals, or families during times of transition, uncertainty, or growth, I believe therapy can offer a place for deeper understanding, stronger relationships, and renewed hope.

My approach to therapy

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 123833). I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. I have received additional training in Filial Therapy, Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My experience includes years of working with children and adoptive families in community mental health settings.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to work on and what you would like to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and current challenges, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before we meet.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and begin identifying ways I can support you moving forward.
