I am a therapist with six years of clinical experience and a decade in the wellness industry, and I’m passionate about helping individuals find their path to healing and self-acceptance. I specialize in body image issues and eating disorders, working with athletes who want to strengthen their mental game, and supporting mothers as they navigate the beautiful yet sometimes overwhelming journey of parenthood.
