Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe in helping clients to use their own insights and talents to improve their lives and reach their goals. I am a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Addictions Professional, and a Clinical Sex Therapist. I received my addictions training at Hanley-Hazelden Center in West Palm Beach, Florida and my sex therapy training was at Valencia Institute in Winter Park, Florida.

My approach to therapy

With 26 years of experience, I bring an eclectic approach to the therapy session, striving to assist and connect with your needs. I have helped children, adolescents, and adults to process grief and heal from trauma. I am open to facilitating groups for recovery and grief.

What you can expect from me

At our first session, we will get to know each other better. I want to hear your life story and find out why you made that phone call. I want to work side-by-side with you to reach your goals and improve your quality of life. As my clinical supervisor said, "therapy isn't always fun, but anything you enjoy is therapy."
