I work with adults that are looking to take the first step in their emotional healing journey. I also work with those that are in, or are considering, a life transition. Additionally, I work with people who are experiencing anxiety and depression, or may be struggling with other life issues that feel overwhelming.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to feel heard, held, and supported. I help my clients address the root cause of their emotional pain and behaviors to provide lasting healing. I also help my clients build coping skills to create resilience. I operate from a trauma-informed perspective.
