Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with a passion for walking alongside my clients toward a more fulfilling life. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I use various modalities such as CBT, REBT, Person-Centered, or a combination of approaches and techniques while working with my clients. I can also provide services in Spanish and offer Christian spiritual integration upon request.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work to provide an environment where my clients feel welcomed and safe to process life events, develop awareness, and gain insight about themselves. I take on an eclectic approach in therapy tailored to the client's needs.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a space where my clients feel heard and safe to talk about their struggles and engage in self-reflection. I work to assist my clients in identifying and drawing upon their strengths, learning healthier habits and ways of thinking to foster growth and healing.
