Great to meet you!

Hi!,

Let me offer my experience working with individuals and couples including adolescents and adults. My multicultural roots and fluency in English, Spanish, and French makes particularly suited to cater Florida's diverse population.

I work with an array of issues including, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief and loss, anger management, life transitions and relationships. . As a psychotherapist, I strive to mix traditional “talk therapy” with more experiential methods.

My approach to therapy

My integrative approach uses the latest research in psychology and neuroscience to understand how minds and bodies get “stuck” and how they can get “unstuck”, find emotional regulation, explore new behaviors and habits, and create a meaningful life. I use a strengths-based perspective using evidence-based treatment practices such as Trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational life therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

People seek my professional help for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, something in their lives is just not right. They may wish to make specific changes or to understand themselves better. They may struggle with their relationships, have difficulties in their jobs or studies, and/or old traumas continue to negatively affect their present. Therapy can help positively navigating those murky waters into a safe and satisfied place.
