I have over 25 years of experience in the social work field , and consider myself a life-long learner dedicated to expanding my knowledge and skills. I work with individuals aged 13 and older who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as with couples and families. My therapeutic approach primarily includes cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused brief therapy techniques, supplemented by mindfulness and breathwork practices to support overall well-being.
