Great to meet you!

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified DBT therapist. I have training in CBT, ACT, somatic therapy, and polyvagal therapy. I offer a supportive space to explore what’s holding you back. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with greater clarity, self-trust and resilience.

I work with individuals who are carrying anxiety, self-doubt or emotional pain. I specialize in OCD, anxiety, self-esteem issues and issues resulting from difficult life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each of us has a capacity for growth and change and that healing is possible, even after the hardest experiences. My goal is to offer a safe space where you feel supported and understood.

You can find out more about my practice philosophy at AndreaReddTherapy.com.

What you can expect from me

During sessions, I use a solution-focused approach, integrating DBT, CBT and ACT to help clients feel empowered to move forward.

Together, we’ll build on your resilience, work through what’s holding you back, and help you create a more peaceful and meaningful life.
