Great to meet you!

I am an LCPC with 15+ years experience in behavioral health. I have worked with individuals 5-85 in outpatient mental health, crisis intervention services, case management, and residential behavioral healthcare. I have led groups for depression, DBT skill sets, PTSD, and Women's Wellness. I look forward to getting to know you while identifying your goals and how I can best support you in reaching them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe people choose therapy because they want something in their life to change. Whatever the issue, change IS possible. I use an eclectic blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, DBT skill sets, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and client centered therapy. I am passionate about emotional wellness and want to support others in their pursuit of it.

What you can expect from our first session

You are the expert of your life. We will work together to identify your therapy goals and expectations. We will explore your strengths and what is going well for you. I will support you by listening and providing tools and resources. We will end each session with a quick check in to assess that you are receiving what you need.
