Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 27 years of experience in the field of mental health. I know that reaching out for support isn't always easy, and I don't take it for granted that you're here. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard-not judged or rushed. I bring warmth and honesty into our work together and celebrate your progress with you along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical and rooted in cognitive-behavioral techniques. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership-together we will identify the patterns that might be keeping you stuck and build real, usable tools to help you feel better. Sessions with me are warm and goal-oriented; I'll check in on progress, adjust as we go and make sure the work we do together actually fits into your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy right now, a bit about your history and what you are hoping to get out of our work together.
