Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist I explore culture and family history from an Indigenous perspective to take into account intergenerational wounds and spiritual beliefs that influence behavioral patterns.

I work with individuals and families navigating trauma, PTSD, substance use, anxiety, depression, and grief. I believe the rise of substance abuse and mental illness is deeply tied to unresolved past trauma, spiritual disconnection, and lack of community. That belief shapes how I approach every session.

My approach to therapy

My primary focus is to teach you how to empower your inner healer so you may reconnect with your strengths and build a healthy support system. I use trauma-informed and culturally responsive care that honors spiritual beliefs and intergenerational patterns to address trauma, substance use, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief.

What you can expect from me

Healing is possible and you don't have to do it alone. Together we work toward a life grounded in hope and purpose, with lasting and meaningful relationships to carry you forward. Reach out when you are ready.
