Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome to my page! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand that healing from trauma, unhealthy relationships, or past emotional wounds can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with teenage girls and women healing from trauma, domestic violence, relationship wounds, and attachment injuries. Clients often come to therapy wanting to heal, build confidence, create healthier relationships, and feel like themselves again. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or unhealthy relationship patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that feeling safe and understood is essential for healing. As trust develops, I also take a direct and honest approach, helping clients gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. I integrate somatic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients heal on both a nervous system and emotional level. Through somatic work, we focus on regulating the body's stress responses and creating a greater sense of safety and stability. Using IFS, we explore the protective parts of you that developed in response to past pain, process unresolved wounds, and build healthier, more adaptive ways of coping and relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

It can be scary and intimidating to navigate difficult times, but I will make sure you never feel as though you are going through them alone. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you will be met with care, empathy, and acceptance of who you are. If you feel as though we may be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out via phone or email.
