I'm a licensed clinical mental health therapist that specializes in healing depression, anxiety, PTSD, disruptive behaviors, childhood trauma and various personality disorders. I have extensive experience with adolescent and family therapy but also work with wide range of age groups.

My approach to therapy

I'm very passionate about helping individuals discover their internal potential of healing. I work on empowering the individual and help them recover their self-concept. I use various therapeutic modules to help with thoughts, behaviors, life stressors, past experiences, and etc. in order to promote recovery.
