Mindfulness is the most important tool in my therapeutic toolbox. We'll always circle back to improve your relationship with the present moment.
We always start where you are and assess where you'd like to be. Each session is unique and a variety of tools are available. You'll develop healthy coping skills and more self-trust as you consciously evolve into a healthier version of yourself.
