Great to meet you!

I’ve been working as a therapist since 2014 and bring over a decade of experience supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. I hold a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and human development and a master’s degree in clinical counseling psychology. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational stress, and identity and life-stage concerns and transitions. At the core of my work is a belief in the healing power of genuine human connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is attachment-based and humanistic, meaning I value safety, authenticity, and connection as essential parts of healing. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic interventions, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. I take a holistic view, honoring how emotional, physical, relational, and environmental factors all interact. I strive to be warm, real, and present—able to sit with difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed, while also helping clients move toward clarity and change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive space where they feel heard and respected. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and begin to understand your experiences at your own pace. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—my goal is to build trust and help you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll start identifying what feels most important and how therapy can support your healing and growth.
