Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, offering therapy to clients who feel overwhelmed, mentally drained, or not quite like themselves anymore.

Many of my clients are balancing motherhood, parenthood, work, relationships, and the constant mental load of keeping everything running. On the outside, they’re managing—but internally, they feel anxious, easily irritated, overstimulated, or stretched too thin.

If you’ve found yourself thinking, “Why am I so overwhelmed?” or “Why do I feel like I’m losing myself?”—you’re not alone.

My approach to therapy

As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), I provide a supportive and structured space where you can slow down, process what’s been building up, and start to feel more like yourself again.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I integrate:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Interpersonal Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy

This means we don’t just talk about what’s wrong—we work toward real, meaningful change in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we will:

  • Reduce anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and mental exhaustion
  • Understand and manage irritability and overstimulation
  • Set boundaries without guilt
  • Reconnect with your identity
  • Create realistic tools that fit into your actual life—not ideal routines

Our first session focuses on your story, your current challenges, and what you want to feel differently. From there, we’ll create clear, achievable goals so you can start seeing progress.
