Great to meet you!

I view therapy through a person-centered humanistic lens. Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers, and their lives. Therapy with me promotes fostering therapeutic connections within a safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel free to express their emotions, explore their strengths, recognize their potential, and move toward achieving their goals.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience working with diverse communities, including BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+, and other various cultural backgrounds. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I bring a unique perspective, recognizing the importance of cultural sensitivity and the impact of systemic inequalities on mental health. My approach is rooted in empathy and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients will come to therapy and feel heard, understood, and challenged to build the self-awareness necessary to reach their treatment goals. I make session light, warm, and safe for clients to feel comfortable to share and dig deep into their thoughts and emotions without judgement.
