Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—with your worries, struggles, questions, and hopes—and feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore life's challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you are facing a difficult season or simply seeking greater balance and self-understanding, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

With more than 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, adult ADHD, substance use concerns, grief/loss, and major life transitions. I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools, build resilience, and create lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

I believe it is important not only to meet you where you are today, but also to see the potential within you to build a life that feels fulfilling, purposeful, and aligned with your values. During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another, discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy, and explore your unique experiences. Together, we'll identify your goals and develop a plan to support your progress.
