Great to meet you!

I believe that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and self-compassion. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, burnout, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences.

My approach is authentic, collaborative, and down to earth. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe showing up exactly as they are, without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out. I have training in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I enjoy helping clients deepen their understanding of themselves while building practical tools for everyday life.

Outside of therapy, I value nature, creativity, and the belief that healing can happen in many forms. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, gain insight, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I help clients explore the underlying factors contributing to their struggles while also developing practical coping strategies.

My work is informed by Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. I believe that many symptoms make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Therapy can provide an opportunity to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals, recognizing that no two healing journeys are the same.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review relevant history, and talk about what you'd like to gain from our work together.

There is no pressure to share everything right away. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how I work, and we'll begin identifying goals and next steps that align with your needs.
