I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified in treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD-CCSP) Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) based in the Tampa, Florida area. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University in 2006. Over the years as a clinician, my experience has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling, is the connection and comfort you feel with the person you choose to share your personal struggles.

Depending on a client’s needs, I pull from several therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Exposure response Prevention Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Problem-Solving Models, Task-Centered Practice and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. An integrated approach can be utilized as well.

During in our intake session we will begin by reviewing my practice policies. Including, but not limited to:

-All Intake sessions are virtual; however in-person sessions can be schedule as a follow-up.

-Cancellation policy: Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment start time will be subject to the full fee of your session.

-20 minutes late to session without correspondence with this LCSW directly will result in a 'no show' fee.

After which we will begin to explore your personal goals of therapy while establishing a therapeutic rapport. Followed by collaborating and establishing a working treatment plan.

Please keep in mind that personal growth takes time and repetition. A client can expect non-judgmental support and resources to utilize between sessions. We'll be working toward "the tomorrow" that you desire for yourself today.
