Andrea Taylor

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified in treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD-CCSP) Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) based in the Tampa, Florida area. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University in 2006. Over the years as a clinician, my experience has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling, is the connection and comfort you feel with the person you choose to share your personal struggles.

Depending on a client’s needs, I pull from several therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Exposure response Prevention Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Problem-Solving Models, Task-Centered Practice and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. An integrated approach can be utilized as well.

Keep in mind that personal growth takes time and repetition. A client can expect non-judgemental support and resources to utilize between sessions. We'll be working toward "the tomorrow" that you desire for yourself today.
