I approach therapy with a holistic, nonjudgmental approach that will allow you to determine your own goals, pace, and trajectory. I will partner with you to forge a new path to better mental health and growth by offering my knowledge of therapy techniques, coping and communication skills and strategies to help you get where you want to be. I will never be prescriptive, judge or label you, but instead hope to become a trusted kindred spirit as you attempt to grow and change.

My therapeutic style is strengths-based. Together we will explore your inner motivations to create a plan supported by evidence-based and proven effective therapy techniques to help achieve your goals. While tailored to your specific needs, these techniques often pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation while also incorporating aspects of coaching, psychoeducation, and life goal planning.

We will work to develop the skills and tools needed to effectively navigate life’s challenges to accomplish the goals you’ve set for yourself. You should expect to leave our sessions with a feeling of hope and purpose.
