Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual (Spanish-English)Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist. I grew up in Colombia & have lived in Miami, Orlando, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, & Denver. My Master Degree in Art Therapy is from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.

My experience expands from working with individuals, families, groups & couples. I have worked in a variety of settings.

Outside of work I enjoy hiking, making & appreciating art, traveling, spending time with family & friends.

My approach to therapy

My approach derives from a variety of theoretical frameworks aligned with my creative lens and experiences. Since my clients vary on their needs, backgrounds, and preferences, I work in an eclectic manner embracing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered and Relational Therapies. Ideal clients include individuals wanting to achieve balance in their life, while being willing to work and use the available tools to illuminate their path and process.

What you can expect from me
