Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping people feel more balanced, supported, and understood.I have experience working with adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use, and I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and judgment free. My goal is to create a safe space where we can work together to find the right treatment plan for you. I offer medication management and supportive care tailored to your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionated and individualized. I believe mental health treatment works best when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. I focus on understanding the whole person-including lifestyle, stressors, and medical history-so we can develop a treatment plan that fits your goals. When medication is appropriate, I take a thoughtful and careful approach while also emphasizing overall well being and practical coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take time to talk about what has been bringing you in and what you would like to see improve in your life. I will ask questions about your symptoms, mental health history, and any previous treatments so we can get a full understanding of your needs. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and non judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. By the end of the visit, we will discuss treatment options and develop a clear plan together, which may include medication management and practical strategies to help you start feeling better.
