Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most demanding seasons. My practice, Mind Love Wellness, focuses on helping caregivers and those navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions reclaim their emotional wellbeing.

My professional background includes psychotherapy, vocational rehabilitation, and forensic counseling, which has given me a deep understanding of how stress, overwhelm, and long-term caregiving responsibilities impact every part of life. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative lens, tailoring each session to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood; especially during seasons of caregiving, grief, or overwhelming change. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what feels most pressing, meaningful, or heavy in the moment.

I draw from evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and meaning-centered approaches, to help you better understand your emotional patterns, reduce stress, and strengthen your sense of inner steadiness. Because every caregiver’s and griever’s experience is unique, I tailor our work to your specific needs; whether that means processing complex emotions, learning tools to manage burnout, navigating identity shifts, or rebuilding a life after loss.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, calm, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know one another. I’ll ask questions about your background, your current situation, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This helps us create a shared understanding of your needs and begin identifying the goals that feel most meaningful for you.

My intention is always to help you feel grounded and supported from the very start. Together, we’ll clarify what you want your healing journey to look like and explore the initial steps toward relief, balance, and resilience.
