Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Andrea Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. My approach is affirming, holistic, and empowering, and I strive to create a safe space where you can grow and heal. I specialize in working with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship issues, using evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, finding balance, and helping you move toward a more peaceful, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is client-centered, holistic, and empowering, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and faith or spiritually integrated principles to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in working with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions, helping clients build healthy coping skills and resilience. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, offering both practical tools and compassionate guidance for those seeking emotional and spiritual well-being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your goals, challenges, and what brought you to counseling. I create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share openly at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore your needs, and begin setting practical goals for growth and healing. You can expect compassionate guidance, active listening, and collaborative planning to help you take the first steps toward positive change.
