Great to meet you!

As a mental health and Family nurse practitioner, experience with inpatient/outpatient, crisis care and substance use disorders across all age groups, including adults and adolescent. I want you to know that I am motivated, compassionate, and committed about helping others. I care about your well-being and understand how overwhelming life can feel at times. Whether you’re facing stress, grief, relationship challenges, or struggling with negative thoughts, you are not alone.

My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I believe in using mindfulness-based coping strategies and a personalized approach to help you navigate life’s challenges and restore balance.

“Struggling with meltdowns, emotional outbursts, or constant overwhelm? I'll help children, teens, and adults with autism and ADHD gain better control, improve focus, and feel more stable day-to-day.”

My approach to therapy

As a mental health nurse practitioner, my approach is honest, supportive, and solution-focused. I believe in meeting you where you are while also guiding you toward where you want to be. In our sessions, I may help you recognize if there's a deeper issue affecting your well-being and recommend the most effective treatment options — whether that’s outpatient or inpatient services, recovery support, or medication management.

I’ll challenge you to do the personal “homework” that helps shift negative or overwhelming thoughts. I often incorporate mindfulness techniques, meditation, or even gentle practices like yoga as alternative tools for healing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and a clearer path forward.

Together, we’ll focus on building resilience and creating space for real, lasting change.
