Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or a major life crisis that has left you feeling isolated, hopeless, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or fearful of the world around you? Did you know that beyond fear, there is freedom? What does that freedom look like for you? Let’s discover it together.

My experience includes working with adults and families from diverse cultural backgrounds in clinical settings over the past eight years. In addition to private practice, I have over ten years of experience working in school settings as a licensed school counselor

My approach to therapy

Therapy can help you develop the tools, insight, and confidence needed to regain control and create positive change in your life and relationships. I believe that a genuine connection between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of the healing process.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy; however, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve positive and meaningful outcomes.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. No matter what brings you to therapy, my role is to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Together, we can identify your unique strengths, explore patterns that may be limiting your growth, and help you establish and achieve meaningful goals.

Let’s connect today and begin your journey toward emotional freedom.
