Great to meet you!

I am Andrene Benjamin, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). I provide compassionate, client-centered care through a holistic lens—supporting both mental and physical wellness.

With extensive experience in treating individuals across the lifespan, I specialize in managing a wide range of mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and more. I offer both medication management and supportive psychotherapy, with a strong focus on collaborative, personalized treatment planning.

I am also the founder of Mindful Glow Health Studio, a practice built on the belief that healing begins with awareness, intention, and care tailored to the whole person.

Whether you're navigating a recent life change, dealing with chronic mental health symptoms, or seeking clarity through evaluation and diagnosis, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, evidence-based care, and a commitment to your healing and growth.

“Let your healing be the light that leads you. Your glow begins within.”

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I believe in treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis—by combining evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing to help you better understand your symptoms, build resilience, and make meaningful progress. Whether you’re managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood disorders, I work closely with you to create a plan that feels realistic, empowering, and sustainable.

All sessions are delivered via secure telehealth, offering flexibility and convenience from the comfort of your home. I also provide evening and weekend availability to accommodate your schedule. Together, we’ll move at your pace, with care that is respectful, inclusive, and rooted in compassion.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to manage their mental health. My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while gaining insight, clarity, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Together, we’ll work toward building emotional resilience, improving symptom management, and developing strategies that support your long-term well-being. Whether we're addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma, I aim to help you feel more empowered, confident, and in control of your mental health journey.
