Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from Loma Linda University and over a decade of experience supporting clients through complex challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship strain, and life transitions. My background spans medical, child welfare, and outpatient mental health settings, with specialized experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, and couples therapy. I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan, from children and families to adults navigating chronic pain and relational stress. I bring a warm, grounded presence to therapy and believe that effective treatment starts with authentic connection and mutual respect. I honor the courage it takes to ask for help and tailor our work to your unique experiences and goals.
