Great to meet you!

I was born in Washington D.C. and have two younger brothers. I was fortunate to be raised in a loving and supportive family and we are all very close. I spent the majority of my life in South Florida enjoying boating, fishing and scuba diving. I like reading, art, music, concerts, exercise, and travel. I have been married for 30 years to a wonderful Italian woman and we have raised two children.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to my life and work. I know that true wellness comes from taking care of mind, body, and spirit. With extensive experience in working with clients to develop their individualized wellness plan of measurable and achievable goals and an approach of respect, patience, non-judgement, and empathy, I enjoy building therapeutic alliances with all of my clients.

What you can expect from me

I have worked in the mental health field for 30 years with the goal of using my interpersonal skills and training to help clients work towards wellness. I truly enjoy my work but understand that my longevity in the field is because I have had the privilege of working alongside remarkable people striving towards and achieving their wellness goals. I believe my clients can tell that I care about them and am invested in their care.
