Great to meet you!

If you've ever felt misunderstood, invalidated, or rejected because of who you are or the struggles you face, know that you're not alone. It’s my goal to provide a space where all are welcome as they are and honored in their journey toward wellness. I enjoy working with individuals navigating emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relational concerns, poor coping, and a myriad of other life challenges. As a queer man, I'm also especially passionate about serving LGBTQ+ communities and have experience providing affirmative therapy and WPATH-adherent letters of support for gender-affirming procedures.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is focused on building collaborative, warm, and authentic working relationships with clients that support their healing. I work from an integrated clinical lens rooted in cognitive-behavioral, humanistic-existential, and relational therapies. Since no two people are alike, I will always seek to tailor my approach to your specific needs.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, I will cover all necessary administrative concerns relevant to our work before gathering background information related to your mental health, social, familial, trauma, and medical history. We will then identify treatment-relevant goals and discuss the recommended approaches that would best help us reach them.
