Great to meet you!

Hi there, my name is Drew Caldwell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an undergraduate degree in Psychology.

I have a clinical background in treating high acuity mental health disorders that include anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance, mood, and personality disorders.

I have extensive experience working in foster care agencies, crisis services units, and community behavioral health outpatient clinics.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a humanistic perspective utilizing cognitive and dialectical behavior modalities with an emphasis in mindfulness-based stress reduction and holistic wellness. I am eager to work with clients who are self aware and are in need of a therapeutic connection.

What you can expect from me

Inherent in the therapeutic connection is the need to be seen and heard. Our ability to address another's suffering is found in our own capacity for empathy. This is the essence of healing through compassion!
