I have been a counselor for over 5 years, with over 16 years in the helping field. I completed my Bachelors & Master at LCU in 2020. I completed my clinical licensure in 2022. I have practiced in multiple settings and love meeting people where they’re at.
I primarily work from a EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I completed EFCT training in the Summer of 2025.
I private practice counseling service that is geared towards helping couples have their best relationship given their set of circumstances. Life can often be very difficult to manage and we all need help at some point.
Seeking services is not about being told what to do, it’s about living true to who you are! Mr. Rogers said “The best gift you can give yourself is to be true to who you are.”
The first session is all about getting to know the couple and identifying the “why” they are coming to therapy. I do not tell people what to do, just truly work at understanding their relationship.
