My approach to therapy

Interpersonal Theory-I work on learning and offering timely feedback about each client’s relationship patterns, sense of self and relational style with others.

Diversity-Affirmative-I work to co-construct a safe space where clients can be their true self.

Therapeutic Relationship-I work to build a relational environment that supports trust, risk taking, and progress.
