Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with clients who are struggling with LGBTQIA+ issues, self esteem, life changes, depression, grief, and social anxiety. I earned my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a two pronged therapeutic approach, firstly building insight around your patterns and then using that knowledge to help you create change in your life. I believe that a skilled therapist should have a large toolbox and as such I seek to find creative ways to integrate multiple modalities into my client’s treatment. I approach therapy as a collaboration, the two of us working together towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session you can expect a relaxed, conversational environment where we can have a meeting of the minds. We will go over what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, as well as develop a plan to help you overcome them.
