Great to meet you!

In therapy we will uncover and explore your unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can be more conscious of what's holding you back from being who you want to be. Unconscious dynamics are often influenced by our past experiences and relationships and can have visceral impacts in the present moment. Together, we will craft a plan that works best for you. My approach to therapy is characterized by a blend of directness, playfulness, engagement, and nurturance. I believe that purposeful curiosity and self-exploration leads to a sense of identity and purpose and an understanding of our place in the world.

My approach to therapy

I treat individuals wanting to address anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, self esteem, addiction, childhood trauma, depression, family conflicts, LGBTQIA+ issues, codependency, bipolar disorder, anger, and grief - if you're wanting a therapist that is curious, knowledgeable, creative, direct, and compassionate, you're in the right place.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can be challenging and finding the right therapist is a fundamental component to successful outcomes. I offer a free phone consultation where I can learn a bit more about your experience while answering any questions you might have. When appropriate, I offer hypnotherapy and EMDR in addition to traditional psychotherapy.
