Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing your mental health is vital but can be challenging to seek help. Congratulations on taking that step. I have been in the field of Social Work for over 9 years. I have a Master of Social Work. I have a background in corrections, substance use, community mental health, group, family and individual therapy.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is different and come to therapy for a myriad reasons. My approach is client centered, and strength based. My approach will be tailored to you and your needs. You have the necessary skills to accomplish your goals. It's important that we communicate openly, and you feel respected in our relationship. I will be there to listen, challenge and support you during your journey.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you'll be able to tell your story and what you hope to achieve from therapy. We will work together to identify your specific goals and outcomes. You can expect a warm and easy-going approach to our sessions. However, you will be challenged to practice coping strategies in order to get to your identified outcome.
