Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients. Great to meet you. If you’re a parent worried about your child, or someone navigating life’s challenges and ready for support, you’re in the right place. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a special focus on kids and adolescents with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences. I believe every person has real strengths and the capacity for growth, and our work together is built around that belief.

My approach to therapy

I support clients moving through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the everyday struggles that come with neurodevelopmental challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on you and your family. For parents, that often means practical tools and guidance you can actually use at home, so the whole family feels more supported, connected, and confident.

What you can expect from me

I want therapy to feel like a partnership where you feel understood and never judged. Together we’ll create a plan that fits your child or your own goals, and celebrate progress along the way. Clients and families describe me as patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
