A bit about my approach to therapy

My specialties are biofeedback, stress management, cognitive behavioral therapy, couples, relationship and family therapy and personal problem solving. These approaches all share an overarching aim to directly resolve the problems and difficulties that bring patients to me in the first place. My sole aim is to make my patients happier, better, and stronger.
