Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from the University of Southern California (2011), and over a decade of experience working with adults and teens. I’ve trained in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and trauma-focused CBT, and my practice is also shaped by my background in social work, systems thinking, and advocacy. I work especially well with LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, people dealing with disordered eating, and folks navigating identity, anxiety, or burnout. If you've ever been described as “too sensitive” or “too much,” you might be in the right place.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded. I take the work seriously, but not myself—humor is part of the process, when it fits. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and creative tools (like art or writing) depending on what actually helps. I also bring a strong respect for self-determination and lived experience. I’m here to help make sense of things, not hand out generic advice.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself. We’ll work to untangle what’s been feeling stuck, identify the patterns behind it, and figure out what needs to shift. Clients often say they leave sessions feeling more grounded, more aware of what’s driving their responses, and more in touch with what actually matters to them—not just what’s expected.
