Great to meet you!

I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and came to California in the early 1970’s. Following careers in the entertainment and construction industries, I returned to graduate school in my early fifties, earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles and, after the prescribed 3000 hours of internship and passing a grueling six hour exam, became licensed in the State of California 4 years later!

My approach to therapy

My practice is informed by my diverse experiences of self-healing that have taken place throughout my life.

What you can expect from me

I emphasize the quest for purpose with my clients and make a commitment to each and every one to assist them in that journey. Before that is possible, however, one must become fully aware of who they truly are. We spend too much of our lives trying to be what we think others want us to be, and in doing so, become something we often don't feel comfortable with, and, at times, don't even recognize! I can help you to throw off that false sense of self and recover your lost, True Self.
