Great to meet you!

As a former First Responder, I understand how life’s challenges can weigh heavily, leading to sadness, anxiety, or trauma. I’m passionate about helping people heal, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength.

My approach to therapy

I work closely with individuals from high-stress professions, like First Responders and Military Personnel, as well as anyone navigating life’s challenges. I understand how trauma and stigma can impact mental health, and I am here to help you work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other life challenges. Together, we focus on healing, building resilience, and finding your inner strength.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, I use a variety of approaches to help you manage the thoughts and feelings that arise in your current situation. Together, we work toward creating balance, improving overall well-being, and developing a mindful approach to life. I would be honored to support you on your journey to living your best, most empowered self.
