Great to meet you!

I work hard for my clients, but I am not the right therapist for someone who is not fully ready to commit to their healing journey. Change takes effort, and I work best with clients who are willing to invest time, energy, and honesty into the process. I specialize in working with individuals 21 and up who are ready to take ownership of their growth and make meaningful, lasting changes. If you are ready to be real, do the work, and invest in yourself, I am here to guide you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is real, direct, and accountability-focused while ensuring a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. I am passionate about helping you uncover your potential, even if it means having tough conversations and addressing unhelpful patterns. I don’t sugarcoat things; my goal is to guide you with honesty and focus on what truly helps you grow. If you are ready to do the work, I am ready to support you, pushing you toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are. Individual sessions allows me the opportunity to create a safe space for my clients to express inner thoughts and feeling at their own pace. We will use our time together to explore how your struggles may impact your personal growth and those around you.

Therapy can make you feel vulnerable. However, vulnerability is where silent suffering ends and healing begins.
