Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all backgrounds and stages of life. I believe every person carries unique strengths and the ability to grow, even in difficult seasons. My work centers on helping you recognize those strengths, reclaim your sense of control, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, confident, and authentically yours. Now Accepting Medicaid!

My approach to therapy

I hold firmly to the principle that everyone matters. Every client deserves to be seen, heard, and respected. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I help individuals explore their challenges, discover their resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

My mission is to guide clients in transforming their struggles into opportunities for empowerment, ensuring that dignity, respect, and authenticity remain at the heart of the counseling process.

What you can expect from me

Rather than a formal assessment, in our first visit I'd like to have a conversation—a chance to get to know one another. I want to understand what brings you to counseling, and equally important, why now? Why not 6 months ago, or three months from now? Most importantly, I want to know what YOU want to achieve with therapy.
